Lemon ginger chicken

Chicken – 200gm (cut into cubes)
Garlic – 2 cloves (chopped)
Ginger – 2 gm (chopped)
Spring onion – 5 gm
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Corn starch – 2 tsp
Salt – as required
Pepper – as required
Olive oil – as required
Chilly – 5 gm (chopped)
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - few
Add lemon juice, corn starch to a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add chicken cubes, salt, pepper and sauté for few secs. Let it open cook for 5 to 10mins.
Once the chicken is cooked, press cancel to stop sauté. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside.
Clean the pot and press sauté option. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add ginger, garlic and sauté until the raw smell goes.
Next add chilly and sauté for few secs. Add the corn starch mixture to the pot and whisk till it achieves a thick consistency.
Once achieved, add the cooked chicken and sauté until it gets uniformly coated. Now add soy sauce, mix well and allow it to cook for a min.
Switch to keep warm or off mode. Finally garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot lemon ginger chicken with noodles.
