For cooking biryani rice
Water - 4-5 times of rice
Cinnamon Sticks - 2 to 3
Green Cardamoms - 3
Cloves - 4 to 5
Black Pepper Corns - 3 to 4
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as required
Rice (washed & soaked) - 500gms
For Grinding
Black pepper corn - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Cloves - 4 to 5
Green Cardamoms - 3 to 4
Nutmeg - 1/2 (chopped)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tsp
For cooking
Goat meat - 500 gms
Salt - as required
Onions - 3 (sliced)
Oil - 4 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf - 1
Water - as required
Milk - 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Kewra Water - as required
Grind black pepper corn, fennel Seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamoms, nutmeg, cumin seeds, bay Leaf, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and curd using a blender to make a smooth paste.
Marinate goat meat with the ground paste and salt. Set aside for further use.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add water to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add in the soaked rice, Cinnamon Sticks, green cardamoms, cloves, black pepper corns, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt one by one and mix well. Press cancel to stop sauté.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Manual’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 10 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Strain & keep the rice aside.
Clean the pot and press sauté option. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add in ghee and allow it to melt. Add bay leaf, onions and sauté until the onion turns pink.
Next add the marinated meat, milk, fresh cream and give a good mix. Open cook for 5 minutes. Press cancel to stop sauté.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Meat’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Quick. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 20 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
