For Malpua:
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Rava - ½ cup
Sugar - ¼ cup
Fennel / saunf, powdered - ½ tsp
Cardamom powder / elachi powder - ¼ tsp
Milk / rabri - ½ cup
Water- as required, to prepare the batter
Oil - for deep frying
For Sugar Syrup:
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
¼ tsp cardamom powder / elachi powder
few threads saffron
For Rabri:
Milk, full cream cows/buffalo milk - 1 liter
sugar - ¼ cup
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Saffron milk - 2 tbsp
Pistachios - 7 chopped
Almonds- 5 chopped
Cashews- 10 chopped
