Mango Vanilla Custard Shots

Milk – 2 cup
Mango pure – 1/2 cup
Vanilla custard powder – 3 tbsp
Fresh mango chopped – 1 cup
Sugar – 7 tbsp
Truty-fruity – 1 tbsp
Cherries – 3-4
Almonds chopped – 1 tbsp
Cashew chopped – 1 tbsp
Pista – 1 tbsp
Take 1/2 cup milk or water and add 3 tbsp custard powder to milk and mix it well. Once done keep it aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the MANUAL Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add milk into the inner cooking pot and wait for first boil. Then add 7 tbsp sugar into milk, mix it well and boil for 3 min.
Next add mango pure, custard powder mixture into boiling milk and stir continuously for about 2 min.
Add dry fruits and press cancel button. And wait for 10 min.Once custard is in room temperature add truti-fruty, cherries, fresh mango and mix it well.
Then remove the custard mixture in another bowl for set and refrigerate custard for about 1 hr.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve with ice cream
