Ingredients
1 cup sevaiyan
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Water – 4 cups
Almonds – handful finely chopped
Elaichi powder – ½ tsp
Steps
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute quick Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add ghee to the inner cooking pot and let it melt. Add sevaiyan and roast it till it switch to brown colour.
- Now add water and let it boil for a while. Then add sugar and stir continuously till water dries up. Finally add almonds, elaichi powder and give a gentle stir. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
- Sevaiyan is ready to serve
