Oil – 3tbsp
Sombu -1tsp
Onion – 1cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2tsp
Tomato puree – 1cup
Chilli powder – 3tsp
Coriander powder – 3tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
Jeera powder – 1tsp
Kasa kasa – 2tbsp
Cashewnut – 5no
Mutton – 1/2kg
Drumst ick – 2no
Salt – as required
Curry leaf – 1 soring
Coriander leaves – 1/4cup
Soak the kasakasa and cashewnut for 10 minutes and make a smooth paste.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat bit. Add sombu, chopped onion and sauté till it turn golden brown colour. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minutes.
Now add mutton pieces, drumstick into it and saute for a second. Then add Chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, Kasa kasa saute for a minutes. Add tomato puree and enough water for mutton to boil.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Meat’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 40 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to saute mode. Finally add ground kasakasa paste and stir well. Cook for 2minutes. Now off the unit and add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice and parottas.
