Ingredients:
For stuffing:
Poppy Seeds- 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds- 1 tbsp
Coconut(grated)- 2 tbsp
Green Chilli-2
Turmeric Powder- ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
For batter:
Rice Flour- ¼ cup
Gram Flour- ¼ cup
Turmeric Powder- ½ tsp
Salt- To taste
Water- Little Quantity
For cooking:
Radish- 2
Oil- As Needed
Steps:
- Mix rice flour, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder with water. Peel and cut radish in to roundels. Keep aside.
- Grind poppy seeds, mustard seeds, salt to a coarse paste and keep aside.
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add mustard seeds, turmeric powder and sauté for few secs.
- Next add grated coconut, green chillies and continue to sauté for a minute. Press cancel. Transfer it to the plate.
- Take one radish roundel and spread the coconut mixture, poppy seeds stuffing on top. Carefully place another roundel on top and press tightly.
- Dip the stuffed radish in the batter. Place all the stuffed radish roundels on the cooker smeared with oil.
- Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
- Press the ‘Khichdi ’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
- After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 15 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
- Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
- Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Off mode. Carefully transfer it to a plate.
- Tasty Mulo Pur is ready to serve!
