Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1½ tsp
Kasthuri methi – 2tsp
Fresh cream- 4tbsp
Salt – as required
Oil – 4- 5 tbsp
Water – as required
