Steps

1. Add coconut, cashew nut, pepper to a blender and grind it to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
2. Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
3. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add fennel seeds, curry leaf and let it splitter.
4. Once it splitters, add chopped onion ,sauté until it turns golden brown colour . Then add ginger garlic paste and continue to sauté for few mins.
5. Now add tomatoes and salt .Mix and  cook for a minute .Then add kheema and  cook until  the meat secretes water. 
6. Next  add chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric, jeera powder ,garam masala,mutton masala coconut paste one by one and mix well until the masala combines with the meat. Press cancel button to stop saute.
7. Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
8. Press the ‘Mutton’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
9. After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 40 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
10. Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
11. Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Finally add fresh curry leaves and mix well. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. 
12. Serve hot with steamed rice/parathas.
