Mutton pieces – 6
Cooking Oil – 4 tsp
Onion – 1 big chopped into big pieces
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 inch Ginger and 4 pieces Garlic
Baby Potato – 6 boiled and peeled
Bay leaf – 1
Cardamom – 1
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Mutton Masala – 1 tsp
Tomato – 1 chopped
Green Peas – 1 cup
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
Water – 2 cup
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Cooking Oil to the Cooking pot. Add Cardamom, Cinnamon, Baby potatoes and fry it in Saute mode for 5 minutes.
Remove the fried potatoes and keep . Next add chopped Onion, Ginger garlic paste and stir for about 5 minutes till the Onion changes color in Saute mode.
Now add the Mutton pieces and stir. Add Red Chilly powder, Mutton Masala, Salt. Next add Tomato and Green Peas. Give it all a good stir.
Finally add 2 cups of water. Cancel the Saute mode.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Meat pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 40 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods. Now TWIST and Open the cooker.
Switch to Sauté mode. Add Coriander leaves for garnishing.
