Paneer - 200 gram
Bread slice - 1 crust removed
Salt - 1 tsp
Kali mirch - 1/8 tsp
Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
Potato - 1/4 cup mashed
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice to taste
Koftas besan – 1 cup
Oil – as required
Blend the paneer, bread, salt and kali mirch together with a blender.
In a bowl, mix the green chillies, mashed potato, turmeric and lemon juice together. Form it into two balls.
Divide the paneer mixture into two. Shape each into a flat round and thin the edges a bit.
Place one round of potato in the center of the paneer, bring the edges together to cover it completely. Shape these into round balls and then taper on side to look like an egg. Dust them with besan.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the saute' button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Deep fry the panner balls until it turns brown in color. Once done, switch off the robocook and transfer it to a plate.
Cut into halves and serve hot with sauce.
