Chicken stock – 1 ½ cup
Chicken shredded – 1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic – 1 tsp chopped
Egg – 2
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Capsicum – ½ cup chopped
Carrot – ½ cup chopped
Beans – ½ cup chopped
Soy sauce - 1tsp
Spring onion – 2 tsp chopped
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Shallow fry the egg on both sides. Transfer it to a plate and cut it into slices.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and add ginger garlic and green chillies. Saute for a minute.
Then add capsicum, beans, and carrot. Mix well and continue to sauté for few more mins.
Add shredded chicken, chicken stock, black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce and let it open cook for 6-7 min. Stir inbetween.
Finally add the sliced egg and garnish with spring onions. Let it cook for few mins. Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Hot and tasty Non-veg Talumein soup is ready to serve !
