Palak Paneer Bhurji

Palak – 1 Bunch
Paneer – 200 Gms
Onion – 1 no (chopped)
Tomato – 1 no (chopped)
Green Chilli – 2 Nos
Ginger – ½ Inch
Garlic – 6 cloves
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Red Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Cooking oil – 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice – ½ lemon
Salt – to taste
Water- 25 ml
Clean and wash the Palak and chop roughly. Grate the paneer in a grater and keep aside.
Slice the onions, slit green chillies & finely chop the tomato. Make ginger garlic paste.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add sesame oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Temper with mustard and cumin seeds.
Then add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and sauté for few minutes.
Next add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Coriander powder and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Now add palak, water, salt and mix well. Press cancel to stop saute.
Press the ‘Gravy’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Quick. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 5 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Add grated paneer, lemon juice and mix well before serving.
Palak Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve with Phulkas/Chapathis
