Palak Paneer Maggi

Steps

1. Chop onion and tomato. Wash spinach leaves and remove big stalks.
2. Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
3. Add a teaspoon of oil to the cooking pot. Once it gets heated add jeera. After it crackles add onion and tomato pieces. Saute till the onions turn transparent.
4.  Add spinach leaves with some water and cook till spinach turns soft. Cool the mixture and grind to a fine paste.
5. Clean the pot. Add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Break maggi into 4 pieces and add to the boiling water. Then add paneer cubes.
6. Once the water evaporate add the spinach mixture and salt. Stir and press cancel to stop saute.
7. Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
8. Press the ‘Manual ’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Quick. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
9. After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 1 min. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
10. Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
11. Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Add kasoori methi. And give a quick stir. 
12. Serve healthy Palak Paneer Maggi hot.
