Paneer Bhurji

Paneer - mashed, 250 gms
1 Medium Capsicum - finely chopped
1 Large onion – finely chopped.
Salt ¾ tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera - ½ tsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute quick Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it warm a bit. Add Jeera, onions and saute till translucent. Then add, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and saute for few seconds.
Later add capsicum and saute well till it blend with masala. Now add paneer and mix it gently.
Cover the lid and wait 5 minutes.
Open the lid and stir well. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve Delicate Paneer bhurji with sliced onions.
