Ingredients:
Paneer sliced - 100 g
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Water – as required
Steps:
Add the sliced paneer into a bowl.
Add Chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin Powder, Chat masala, Corn flour, Salt, Turmeric powder, Water one by one to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and keep aside.
Apply the ingredients mixture on the sliced paneer and coat it with bread crumbs.
Apply oil on the paneer by using spatula.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 180⁰. Press 4 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 4mins.
Meanwhile grease the mesh basket with oil and add the paneer fingers. After the preheat remove the lid and place the mesh basket on the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 180⁰C along with 10 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Pause the Fryo at 5 minutes and flip the paneer fingers using tongs. Once done resume the timer using “PLAY” button and wait for another 5 minutes.
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the spicy paneer fingers as a snack with Tea.
