For grinding
Coriander seeds – 3tbsp
Bedgichilli – 3no
Red chilli – 4no
Jera – 1tsp
Somuf – 1/2tsp
Pepper – 1/2tsp
Methi – 1/4tsp
Tamarind pulp – 2tsp
Ginger – 1inch
Garlic – 5clove
For curry
Ghee – 2tbsp
Onion – 1no (chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1/4tsp
Salt – as required
Curd – 2tbsp
Paneer – 200gm
Cut the paneer into small cubes and add salt, turmeric, curd. Mix well and keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add coriander seeds, bedgichilli, red chilli, jeera, somuf, pepper, methi, tamarind pulp, ginger, garlic one by one and dry roast for few mins. Press cancel. Transfer it to a blender and grind it to a paste. Keep aside.
Clean the pot. Press Saute option. Add ghee to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
Next add ground paste, turmeric, salt and cook until the oil separates out.
Finally add curd coated paneer cubes and mix well. Let it open cook for 3-4 mins. Once done Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Serve hot Paneer Ghee Roast with rottis.
