Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 grm
Papad – 4
Green chilli – 1 tsp chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 5 tbsp
For gravy:
Onion – 2
Tomato – 2
Cashew – 4-5
Red chilli dry – 4-5
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Kitchen king masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Cream – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Steps:
To a bowl add paneer, green chilli, salt, onion and coriander. Mix everything together and keep aside.
Take papad and drop in water for 2 sec or brush water on papad. Once it becomes soft, stuff 1 tbsp of the paneer mixture into it. Fold and seal it.
Add onion, tomato, cashews, red chilli to a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Deep fry the stuffed papad on both sides. Once done, transfer it to a plate and keep aside. Remove excess oil
Add cumin seeds, ground masala paste and saute for 3-5 min.
Next add red chilli powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala , garam masala, and mix well until the masalas get combined. Add water, salt and let it open cook for 3 min.
Add fresh cream and continue to cook for a minute. Finally cut the stuffed papad into 2 pieces and add them to gravy.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Serve hot Paneer Patiyala with jeera rice or roti.
