Red pepper/ red capsicum – 3
Onion chopped – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Vegetable stock – 1 ½ cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Apply oil over raw red capsicum.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Drop the oil coated capsicum to the inner cooking pot and grill for few mins.
Once done, transfer it to a plate and peel off the burnt skin. Cut it into small pieces and keep aside.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, onions and sauté until it translucent.
Next add veg stock and salt. Mix well and open cook for few mins. Add chopped capsicum, salt and continue to cook for 5 mins. Once done, press cancel to stop sauté.
Transfer the capsicum mixture to a blender and grind to a smooth paste.
Press Saute option. Add the paste to the inner pot and allow it to open cook for few mins.
Once done Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Hot and Spicy Paprika soup is ready to serve with bread croutons.
