Apple tomato – ½ gm
Olive oil – 2tbsp
Garlic – 10 (chopped )
Onion – 2
Celery – 2tsp (chopped)
Chilli flakes – 2tsp
Mixed herbs – 1tsp
Pepper powder – 1tsp
Salt – as required
Tomato sauce – 2tbsp
Sugar – 1/2tsp
Cheese – 3tbsp
Penne pasta – 150 gm
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button.
Add oil, pasta and salt to the inner cooking pot. Allow it to boil for 10 mins. Press cancel. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
Blanch the tomatoes in water and drain it. Allow the tomatoes to cool and peel the skin. Chop the blanched tomato and keep aside. Clean the pot.
Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add garlic, celery, onion and sauté until onions turn translucent.
Add blanched tomato pieces, herbs, tomato sauce and chilli flakes. Mix well and allow to open cook for few mins
Next add cheese, boiled pasta and give it a good mix. Finally sprinkle pepper powder and once done Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Serve creamy Penne Arabiata with garlic bread.
