Noodles- 1 packet (raw)
Water - for boiling
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
For making Chow Mein soup –
Oil - 6 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp (chopped)
Ginger-1 tsp (chopped)
Spring onion bulbs -5 (chopped)
Green chillies - 2 nos. (slit)
Carrots - ½ cup
Capsicum - ½ cup
Beans – ½ cup
Cabbage - 1 cup (shredded)
Boiled noodles/Chow Mein
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Spring onion greens - for garnish
