Ingredients:
Moong dal(green gram) – 1 cup soaked
Gram flour – 1 cup
Boiled potatos – 3
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Paneer (mash) – 1/2 cup
Onion chopped – 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1tsp
Ginger garlic and green chilli paste – 1 ½ tsp
Salt – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1/2 cup
Steps:
- Soaked green gram dal for 4 - 5 hrs or overnight. Then remove water, take mixer grinder and grind dal without water.
- Take small bowl and add dal paste gram flour, boiled potato, bread crumbs, paneer, garam masala powder, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, chopped onion, salt and mix it well using your hands.
- Now take 5 -6 ice cream sticks and if you don’t have ice cream sticks u can make this kabab without sticks.
- Next apply some oil on your hand and take small part of dal mixture. Put ice cream stick on centre and give good kabab shape to this mixture with using your hand and sticks. Or you can use cutlet shapers for this kabab. Make all kabab using sticks and keep it aside.
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add 1/2 cup oil to the inner cooking pot and wait for few minutes to get heated.
- Once oil is nicely hot put all kabab into hot oil and fry them until they turn golden colour and crisp.
- Once done remove it and press cancel button.
- Enjoy Panjabi dal kabab with sauce and green chutney.
