Ingredients
Vegetable broth – 2 cup
Cabbage – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Onion – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Carrots– 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Celery – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Zucchini – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Beans – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Green bell pepper – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Red bell pepper – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Tomatoes – 2 tsp (Seeded and finely chopped)
Garlic – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Steps
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add vegetable broth to the inner cooking pot and allow it boil.
Add cabbage, onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, beans, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and tomatoes. Mix well and allow the vegetables to cook in the broth.
Next add the chopped garlic, black pepper powder and salt. Give it a mix. Bring to a boil and cook for about 7-8 minutes or until vegetables turn soft and crunchy.
Once desired consistency is achieved finally add some lemon juice and switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
