Rice Noodle Salad

Sesame Oil – 2 Tbsp
Carrot – 1 big chopped
Zucchini – 1 medium chopped
Red bell pepper – 1 medium chopped
Red cabbage – 1 chopped
Sweetcorn – 2 Tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1 Tbsp
Tenderstem broccoli – 8 stalks
Dry rice noodles – 90 gms
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Sesame oil – 1 Tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce – 1 Tbsp
Lime juice – 1/2 Tsp
Take a bowl and prepare the Salad dressing : mix sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Sesame oil to the inner cooking pot and wait for few sec to get heated. Now add Sesame seeds and roast them.
Add Carrot, Zucchini,Bell pepper, Sweet corn, Cabbage, Broccoli and salt and cook tin Saute mode for about 5 minutes till vegetables are half cooked & become crispy.
Now add water to the Cooker.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Choose the Menu as Sambhar option with the taste option as Medium option
Pre-Cooking will happen for few seconds and once the cooking is completed 3 Beep sounds will be heard and it will automatically switches to keep warm mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Open the cooker and switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Give it a good stir.
Add the Salad dressing and mix well.
