Rice Pudding

Uncooked white rice- ¾ cup
Milk, divided -2 cups
Condensed milk -½ cup
White sugar- ⅓ cup
Salt- ¼ tsp
Golden raisins- ⅔ cup
Butter- 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract -½ tsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Add 1 ½ to 2 cups water and cleaned rice.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Rice’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 12 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Once rice is done. Clean the pot. Combine 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, ½ cup condensed milk, 1 1/2 cups milk, sugar, salt and set in saute mode. Cook until thick and creamy for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir in remaining 1/2 cup milk, raisins and cook for extra 2 minutes stirring constantly. Switch Off Robocook.
Rice Pudding is ready to serve
