Ingredients:
Cooked rice – 2 cup
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Boiled (chopped) carrot – 1/2 cup
Chopped cabbage – 2 tbsp
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic and chilli paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil for fry – 1 cup
Cheese cut into small cubes – 1/2 cup
Steps:
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 2 tbsp oil to the inner cooking pot and wait for few min. Once oil is hot add chopped onion and sauté for 1 min.Then add ginger garlic and chilli paste. Saute it for another min.
Add cooked rice, tomato sauce, oregano, salt and mix well to combine.Now shift this cooked mixture to one large bowl, pres cancel button and wait for it to cool down.
Once cookled add carrot, cabbage, corn flour, bread crumbs into mixture and mix it with your hands. Mash little using your fingers and make mixture like semi dough.
Then apply some oil on hands and make small balls and keep aside.Take one ball press it on your hand and put cheese cube on centre and roll again. Make all balls with same process and keep aside.
Press Manual button on robocook and add 1 cup oil for fry. Once oil is hot fry all the balls until golden brown and crisp.Take it off on kitchen paper
Serve hot risotto croquettes with sauce or chutney.
