Roasted cauliflower soup

Cauliflower – 1 large head (chopped)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Vegetable broth – 4 cup
Garlic cloves – 5 (unpeeled)
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Cream – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander powder– 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat. Add cauliflower and sauté for 5-6 min until it turns golden.
Add onion, garlic and sauté for 3-4 min. Then add cumin seeds, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt and continue to stir cook for few min.
Press cancel and transfer the contents to a blender. Grind them to a smooth paste.
Pour the vegetable broth into the blender. Blend on high for one minute. If you'd like a thinner consistency, just add more broth or water.
Clean the pot and press sauté mode. Transfer the contents to the cooking pot. Add cream to it and cook for a minute. Switch to ‘keep warm or off’ mode.
Roasted Cauliflower Soup is ready to serve with Bread.
