Roasted malai broccoli

Broccoli - around 4 heaping cups
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Cream cheese – 60 gms
Cheese slices - 2
Heavy cream - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - as required
Take a bowl. Add cream cheese and yogurt. Mix well and keep aside.
Add the melted cheese slices with heavy cream in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and yogurt to it. Whisk until all combined.
Then add ginger, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder, black pepper, salt, sugar, garam masala, cardamom powder one by one and mix well.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The ‘Sauté' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Toss the florets until they are roasted well. Press cancel and remove it from the pot. Add the malai over the Roasted broccoli.
Press sauté. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the malai coated roasted broccoli and sauté for few mins until they trun crispy. Once done switch to ‘off’ mode.
Roasted Malai Broccoli is ready to serve as a starter.
