Rose Milk cake

All-purpose flour - 160gm
Sugar -170gm
Egg - 5nos
Oil or melted butter - 35ml
Cold Rose Water -20ml
Cold milk -20ml
Baking powder - 1.5gm
Baking soda - 1.5gm
Cake gel - 2gm
Rose extract - 2.5ml
Break the eggs, beat it well and add wet ingredients Butter, Rose water, milk, cake gel, rose extract one by one to a bowl. Mix well
Now sieve in dry ingredients one by one into the wet ingredients flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK FRYO for preheat for couple of mins. Place the baking stand inside. Set Preheat.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 155⁰. Press 2 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 2 mins.
Meanwhile get the baking pan ready. Apply the butter followed by flour for dusting. Place the butter paper if needed. Now fill the batter in the pan. After the preheat remove the lid and place the pan on the bake stand in the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 155⁰C along with 25-30 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and remove the Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Rose milk cake without icing is ready to be served.
