Rosette Cookies

Milk chocolate compound – 140 grams
Cornflour – 20 grams
Maida – 20 grams
Water – 4 cups
Baking equipment – Baking tray line/ Butter paper/1M Wilton piping nozzle
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Put the chocolate compound into the Cooking pot and continue in Saute mode till the Chocolate melts. Keep this melted chocolate aside in a seperate vessel.
Switch off the Robocook.
Next sieve the Corn flour and Maida into this chocolate and make a dough. The dough should be of pipeable consistency
Take a Baking tray line and place a butter paper on the same. Now use a 1M Wilton piping nozzle and pipe out rosette shapes on to the Baking tray line.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 4 cups of water into the Cooking pot and continue in Saute mode till the water heats up.
Keep the Baking tray on a wire rack or a small inverted steel vessel inside the Robo cook cooking pot so that the heat is not direct on to the baking tray.
Close the Cooking pot with the noozle closed.
Choose Idly mode in the Menu option and Taste option as Strong.
Pre-Cooking will happen for few seconds and once the cooking is completed 3 Beep sounds will be heard and it will automatically switches to keep warm mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Open the Cooker and remove the Cookies. The cookies will appear to be a little soft when hot.
Now allow it to cool to room temperature for about 1 hour.
