Full cream milk – 400 ml
Milk powder – 50 gms
Sago pearl/Sabudhana- 100 gms
Sugar – 100 gms
Chia Seeds -1 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence – 5 ml
Cashews- 10 Nos grated
Almonds- 10 Nos grated
Pistachio – 10 Nos grated
Fruits – Mango, grapes, strawberry, Guava, Apple, banana or as per your choice
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add milk to the inner cooking pot along with milk powder, suger and stir well without forming any lumps.
Boil it for 5 minutes and remove the milk from the cooker. Press cancel. Keep aside.
Soak chia seeds in 50 ml of milk.
Clean the pot. Press saute and add 3 cups of water, sago pearl to the cooker. Press cancel.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Manual’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and set timer to 5 mins. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 5mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Now add sago, boiled milk, soaked chia seed, nuts, fruits, vanilla essence and mix well. Refrigerate.
Serve it as a dessert.
