Seafood Coconut Ginger Sauce

Mixed sea food - 500 g (chopped)
Ginger – 200gm (chopped)
Coconut milk – 100 ml
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Sesame oil – 2 tsp
Chilli paste – 2 tsp
Green peas – 50 gm
Red bell pepper – 50 gm
Spring onion – 10 gm
Fresh cilantro leaves - few
Lime juice – 1tsp
Pepper – as required
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add sesame oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add ginger and sauté till the raw smell goes. Add red bell pepper and sauté until it turns soft.
Next add soy sauce, chilli paste and sauté until well combined. Add coconut milk and keep stirring until the mixture gets a thick consistency.
Now add in the sea food, green peas, pepper, spring onions and stir constantly until sea food turns pink in colour. Then sprinkle lime juice and give a good mix.
Finally switch to keep warm or off mode. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve warm sea food in coconut ginger sauce with rice/noodles.
