Singapore Black Pepper Crab

Crab – 1 kg
coarsely grounded black pepper - 2tbsp
Butter - 70g
Big size onion - 1(chopped)
finely chopped garlic - 5 cloves
Curry leaves - One handful
Water – 2 cups
Dark soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add butter to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add garlic, onion, curry leaf, salt and saute for 5 minutes.
Next add coarsely grounded black pepper, crab, water one by one and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
Add Soya sauce and mix well until the water is dried.Give a quick stir and Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Enjoy Singapore Black Pepper Crab with rice/roti.
