Smoked chicken angara

Chicken – 400gm
Oil – 8 table spoon
Yogurt – ½ Cup
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 3 table spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Chicken 65 masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato – 3 finely chopped
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Kashmiri Mirchi – 2
Green Chilli – 1
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Cloves – 2
Charcoal – 1 piece
Put Chicken pieces in a bowl, add Yogurt, Ginger garlic paste, Garam Masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chicken 65 masala, salt, and Marinate for 30 Minutes.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Oil, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon Sticks , Kashmiri Mirchi, Green Chilli and saute for 1 min. Then add Onion, tomato and saute for 5 minutes.
Then add remaining oil, marinated chicken, coarse paste and stir well. Press cancel to stop saute.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Chicken’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 20 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Give a quick stir and transfer it to a Serving Bowl. Heat Charcoal piece in direct Flame till very hot
Place the hot Charcoal piece in a small steel bowl and place it in the center of the serving bowl with Chicken Angarey. Add few drops of Oil to the Charcoal and cover the serving bowl
Remove the cover and revel the appeasing ‘Smoked Chicken Angarey’
