Boiled Nutrela Soya granules – 1 cup
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato puree– 1 cup
Bay leaves – 2
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1 tbsp
Yogurt – 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add butter to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add bay leaves, garlic paste, tomato puree and boiled Nutrela Soya granules. Saute for 5-6 min.
Add salt, black pepper powder, water as per desired consistency of soup and stir well. Open cook for 5-7 min.
Next add mixed herbs- basil leaves, chilli flakes, crushed pepper and oregano. Give it a mix.
Finally add 2 spoons of yogurt and stir well. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes. Once done switch off to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Healthy Soya garlic tomato soup is ready to serve!
