Ingredients:
Spinach – 2 cup
Paneer – 1 cup
Tomatoes chopped – 2
Green chilli chopped – 4
Capsicum chopped – 1
Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Fresh cream – 4 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 3 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Steps
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Manual Button in front dashboard and set time for 10 min wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add 3 cup water into inner cooking pot and wait for boil.
- Once water boiled add spinach into water and boil it for 4 min. Then drain water and cut spinach. Keep it aside.
- Next press saute button in front dashboard and wait for 30 sec for the inner cooking pot to get heated up. Add butter into inner cooking pot and wait until butter melted.
- Then add asafoetida, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute it for 1 min. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt one by one and saute until tomato turn soft and all dry spices cook well.
- Next add spinach and paneer into it, mix well and fry for another 3 min.Add fresh cream give it a good mix and cook for 3 min.After 3 min Switch to keep warm or off mode.
- Serve hot enjoy with roti, papad and raita
