Ingredients
Spinach – 2 cups
Garlic chopped – 3 tbsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Green chilli – 3
Chopped onion – 1
Salt - 1 tsp
Black paper powder – 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch – 1 tbsp
Veg maggi cube for sensing - 1
Steps
Mix corn starch with 1/2 cup of water and keep it aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add butter to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
Next add green chillies, onion and sauté until it turns translucent. Add chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 min. Stir occasionally. Press cancel to stop sauté.
Transfer the contents to a bowl and allow it to cool. Later add the mixture, 2 cups of water to a blender and grind it to a smooth paste.
Clean the pot. Press Saute option. Then add the ground paste, maggi cube, black pepper powder and salt. Mix it well and open cook for few mins.
Finally add cornstarch mixture and continue to cook for 5 mins by stirring continously. Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Serve hot spinach garlic soup garnished with roasted garlic and Enjoy !
