For Spinach Kofta:
Spinach - 1 Cup (roughly chopped)
Chickpea Flour - 4 tsp
White Onion - 1 Large (finely chopped)
Hot Green Pepper - 1 small
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 2 cloves (chopped)
Oil – as required
For Kadhi (Yogurt Curry):
Yogurt – (1 Cup Blended with 1 cup water) or (2 cup butter milk and 1/4 cup water)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp (divided)
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Whole red chili – ½ tsp
Cilantro - 4 tsp (finely chopped)
Water - 1/2 Cup
Oil - 1 tsp Plus extra for frying
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Chickpea Flour - 2 tsp for thickening the curry
Salt - 1/2 tsp
