For palak puree:
Palak leaves / spinach - 1 bunch
Water - 3 cups
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli - 1
For dough:
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Ajwain / carom seeds - ½ tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Water - as required to knead dough
Salt - to taste
Other ingredients:
Wheat flour - ½ cup to dust
Oil / ghee - for roasting
For filling:
Potatoes - 3 medium size
Onion - 1 big (chopped)
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Mango powder/ aamchur - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Water -to boil
Salt- to taste
Green chutney:
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 4
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 5 cloves
Tamarind - 1 small piece
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Water - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
To assemble:
Butter - 1 tbsp for each spinach roll (melted)
Cheese - cubes
