Stir Fry Chicken

Chicken cubes (Boneless) – 150 gm
Chicken broth – as required
Capsicum – 30 gm (Chopped to cubes)
Mushroom – 30 gm (sliced)
Carrot – 30 gm (sliced)
Ginger garlic paste – 50 gm
Spring onion – 5 gm (chopped)
Corn starch – 2 tsp
Salt – as required
Pepper – as required
Sesame oil – as required
Olive oil – as required
Soy sauce- 3 tsp
Ginger-1 tsp (chopped)
Water – as required
Honey – 4 tsp
Red pepper flakes – 3 tsp
Broccoli – 30 gm (chopped)
Add corn starch, water, chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes to a bowl and whisk gently to prepare stir fry sauce. Set aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add olive oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add chicken, salt, pepper and roast for few mins. Once done, remove from skillet.
Add remaining oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add broccoli, capsicum, carrots, mushroom and sauté for few mins until they turn crisp & tender.
Next add ginger, ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes. Add the chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine. Add water, mix well and allow it to open cook for 10 mins.
Add the prepared stir fry sauce and gently stir. Allow the mixture to come to a boil. Once done, switch to keep warm or off mode. Garnish with spring onions.
Serve yummy Stir fry chicken with rice /noodles.
