Banana peppers - 4 numbers.
Baby corns - 4 numbers.
Cottage cheese - 1 cup.
Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup.
Garlic - ½ tsp. finely chopped
Red bell pepper - 1 tsp. finely chopped
Yellow bell pepper - 1 tsp. finely chopped
Spinach - 1 tsp. boiled, chopped
Nutmeg powder - 1 pinch.
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp.
All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup.
Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
Oil - 2 tsp.
Deseed the banana pepper and stuff the baby corn in it.
Add cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, finely chopped garlic, red and yellow bell pepper, boiled and chopped spinach, a pinch of nutmeg powder, crushed pepper into the bowl and mix well.
Stuff the prepared mixture into banana peppers.
In a bowl add all-purpose flour add water to make a batter.
Take the stuffed banana pepper and dip it into the batter and coat with bread crumbs and keep it aside.After 2 minutes again coat with bread crumbs.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 205⁰. Press 3 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 3 mins.
Meanwhile place the stuffed banana peppers in the basket.After the preheatremove the lid and place the basket in bake stand attachment fixed in the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 205⁰C steak mode along with 4-5 mins timer and press “PLAY” button.

After 5 mins pull out the basket to apply oil wash. Now place the basket inside and again press “PLAY” button and refry them.
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the hot stuffed banana peppers with sauce.
