Eggplant (brinjal small) - 10 numbers.
Oil - 1 tsp.
Onion - 1 number chopped.
Garlic - 1/2 tsp chopped.
Tomato - 1 number chopped.
Salt - to taste.
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
Green bell pepper - 1/2 number chopped.
Oregano - pinch.
Paneer(pieces) - 1/4 cup.
Tomato paste - 1-2 tsp.
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch chopped.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The sauté' Button and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Heat oil in an inner cooking pot and add chopped onions, garlic and sauté it. To it add chopped tomatoes, salt, scooped out eggplant mixture and sauté it. Add pepper powder, green bell pepper, oregano, paneer, tomato paste, coriander leaves and mix nicely. Disconnect the ROBOCOOK and switch OFF button.
Check for seasoning, add salt. Keep this in a hot box.
Scoop the eggplant in center and keep in salt or lime juice mixed water to avoid decolouring.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 205⁰. Press 2 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 2 mins.
Meanwhile Place the egg plant in the basket. After preheat remove the lid and now place the basket in the bake stand fixed on the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 205⁰C along with 5-7 min timer in steak mode and press “PLAY” button.

At 3 min press “PAUSE” button in middle to turn the egg pant and resume frying by pressing “Play” button.
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and remove the Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Now remove the eggplant from the basket and stuff it with the mixture prepared.
Serve hot with mint chutney and a glass of buttermilk.
