Sweet potato – ½ kg
Milk – 1 cup
Jaggery – ½ cup
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Cashew nuts – 25 gm
Almonds – 6 no
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Now add potato into the cooking pot with water and allow it to boil. Press cancel and remove it form the pot and peel off the skin and grate them.
Clean the pot and press saute. Now add ghee to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add cashew, almonds and roast them while. Remove and keep it aside
Add the grated potato to the same ghee and roast for few minutes. Then add milk and mix well while stirring continuously.
After it gets thick, add jaggery, nuts and mix well. Stir cook for another few minutes. Switch to keep warm or off mode.
Serve the sweet potato halwa as a dessert.
