Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Red food colour – a pinch
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
For Gravy
Bay leaf – 2
Green cardamom – 3
Black cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Cloves – 3
Onion sliced – 4
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 4 chopped
Mint leaves and coriander leaves – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
