Ingredients:
Burger Bun - 3
Butter – 4tsp
Onion - 1 no(chopped)
Capsicum - 1 no(chopped)
Tomato - 2 nos(chopped)
Paneer - 200 gms
Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup(grated)
Garlic - 3 (chopped)
Ginger - 1" piece (chopped)
Chaat Masala – 1tsp
Schezwan Paste – 2tsp
Coriander Leaves -handful
Salt – As required
Steps:
- Connect The Power Cord To ROBOCOOK And Switch the ‘ON’ Button. Press The Sauté́ Button In Front Dashboard And Wait For 30 Secs For The Inner Cooking Pot To Get Heated Up. Move The Button To Quick.
- Add butter to the cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add onions, garlic, ginger, capsicum, and tomatoes. Saute well
- Then add salt, chat masala, and schezwan paste. Mix well till the masala blend well with the vegetables.
- Next add paneer, mozzarella cheese, and cook the masala. Add coriander leaves and mix them well. Once cooked transfer the filling and keep aside.
- TOASTING THE BUN:
- Clean The Pot, Set again in quick saute mode, add some butter. Now toast the cut open burger bun, inside & outside. Roll the burger in the pot sideways.
- Toast it on all sides. Switch Off the Robocook. Take the burger bun out and fill it with the cooked filling.
- Serve Tawa Burger with sauce.
