Teriyaki Lamb

Stir-fry lamb strips or lean lamb leg steaks - 400g
Rapeseed or olive oil – 1 tbsp
Mange-tout - 150g (sliced in half)
Red pepper – 1 large (quartered and cut into strips)
Pak choi- 1 head (cleaned and sliced lengthways)
Onion - 1 medium (peeled and sliced)
Sesame seeds -1 tbsp
Teriyaki sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 60ml
Light brown sugar – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves- 2 (peeled and chopped)
Chili -1 (deseeded and chopped)
Ginger - 5cm piece (peeled and chopped)
Salt – as required
Pepper – as required
To prepare teriyaki sauce, take a bowl and mix the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce. Keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add olive oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add onion, mange-tout, pak choi, sesame seeds and sauté for few mins.
Then add garlic cloves, red pepper, brown sugar, lime juice, chili, ginger one by one and continue to sauté for few more mins. Press cancel and remove it from the pot. Keep aside.
Clean the pot and press sauté mode. Add olive oil to the inner cooking pot. Now add the lamb strips and sauté for few mins. Add in the onion mixture and mix well until they combine with the lamb.
Then add the teriyaki sauce and stir-fry for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Switch to ‘keep warm or off’ mode. Give it a quick stir.
Teriyaki Lamb is ready to serve with Noodles.
