Thai Red Curry Prawns

Garlic - 5 cloves
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Red curry paste-1 cup
Prawns -1/2 kg
Coconut powder- 2 tbsp
Lemon grass-2 stems
Water - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper - as required
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the prawns and garlic one by one and sauté until prawns are no longer translucent or are just cooked through.
Add the red curry paste and sauté for a minute.
In a bowl, add coconut powder and water. Whisk it well without any lumps.Add the coconut milk, salt and crushed pepper to the gravy.
Switch off the Robocook and transfer the curry to a bowl.
Garnish it with chopped lemon grass.
Enjoy the appeasing Thai red curry prawns with steamed rice.
