Ingredients:
Potato - 1 (chopped)
Carrot - 1 (chopped)
Beans - 5 (chopped)
Brinjal - 2 (chopped)
Okra / bhindi - 5 (sliced)
Bitter gourd - ½ (sliced)
Oil - 2 tbsp + as required
Butter - 1 tsp
Cumin / jeera - ½ tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Kasuri methi - ½ tsp
Onion - ½ (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric - ¼ tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Tomato puree - ½ cup
Aamchur - 1 tsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Steps:
Connect the power cord to Robocook and switch ‘on’ button. Press the sauté' button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up,
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add potato, carrot, beans, brinjal, okra, bitter gourd and sauté till they turn crunchy. Remove and keep it aside.
Add butter to the pot and allow it to melt. Add cumin, bay leaf, kasuri methi and sauté till it turns aromatic.
Next add onion, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt one by one and continue to sauté until they combine.
Now add tomato puree and sauté until it is cooked well. Further add fried vegetables, amchur and give it a good mix.
If required add water and cook for a minute. Later add coriander and switch off Robocook.
Serve tawa sabzi or veg tawa fry with roti and rice.
