Vegetable Sambal

Button Mushroom – 10 Sliced
Potato Medium size – 2 Sliced
Oil – ½ cup
Dried Red Chilli Paste – (10 Chilli’s)
Tomato – 3, Small Onions – 8, Garlic – 8 Cloves
Salt to taste
Water – 1 cup
Soak 10 Dried red chilli’s in hot water for 30 minutes and then transfer to a mixer grinder and grind it to paste or you can use the readymade paste.
Add Tomato, Small onion, Garlic cloves to the mixer grinder and grind it to paste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add Mushroom, Potato and saute for 5 mins Once done remove from the pot and keep it aside.
Clean the pot and add oil. Add in red Chilli Paste and saute for about 5-6 minutes. Then add tomato paste, Water, salt and saute for about 5 minutes.
Now add kept aside Mushroom and Potato to the pot. Keep stirring until you get thick consistency. Once done off the unit.
Revel in the appeasing Veg Sambal with hot rice.
