Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Rava - ¼ cup
Kasurimethi - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water – 1/2 cup
Steps:
Add Wheat flour, Rava, Kasurimethi, Ghee, Cumin Powder, Ajwain, Salt one by one to a bowl.
Add ½ cup of water to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and roll into a thin sheet.
Cut into the perfect circle shape with cookie cutterand keep aside for 4 mins.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 180⁰. Press 4 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 4mins.
Meanwhile grease the mesh basket with oil and add the wheat cracker circles. After the preheat remove the lid and place the mesh basket on the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 180⁰C along with 10 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Pause the Fryo at 5 minutes and flip the wheat crackers using tongs. Once done resume the timer using “PLAY” button and wait for another 5 minutes.
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the crispy wheat crackers as a snack with Tea.
